Size M in Blue

Up for bids is Bodyline's Tea and Sweets Border JSK in Blue size M. I bought the dress secondhand but never wore it. The dress is in very good shape but may need  to be ironed. There is two tiny brown dots on the bow, but its hardly noticeable.
