Partially shirred black pinstriped skirt by Bodyline, featuring cakes and tea. Comes with removable waist ties and bow. I believe it is a size small. Unstretched waist measurement is 26.5 inches/67cm. 
I do not currently have a cat, but have in the past, if allergies are a concern.
