Black strawberry print bustle skirt, new without tags, only tried on.

The material is a nice thick cotton. The bow is not detachable.

Waist is approx. 22 inches unstretched, it is quite stretchy as the waistband is fully shirred. Labelled as free size.

Shipping would be £16.38, I think it would fit over 40in hips but that would be close to it's max stretch.

Mine are 36in and it fits over easily for reference.

Shipping to Texas would be £18.24, it fits over my hips which are 36 inches with some room to spare, so with a smaller petti I think it would be fine.
