Bought second hand. It has a few stains which I have tried to wash but only was able to lighten them. They aren’t overly noticeable when worn but there are a few. They came from the previous owner so not quite sure what it is. This is the reason it is at such a low price due to the stains. Please let me know if you would like more pictures of all the stains since my photos are close up of them
Overall the material is light and stretchy. The lace back allows for many sizes I’d say anywhere from a XS-M would fit fine. This is great for a casual kawaii look or sweet lolita look
