2015 release, bought new, worn only at indoor events. Selling as it no longer fits. dress is made of cotton and polyester materials. Has adjustable straps and fully shirred back. Detachable waist ties. Dress does have a manufacturing defect on the waist tie where you can see what is either stitching or lining peeking through the seam.  Zipper is also a little loose, so if you are closer to the larger measurements you may want to add a hook and eye to keep zipper closed.
