Bodyline Skirt
This is a floral Bodyline skirt with a partial shirred waistband. I've worn it a couple times and will wash it before sending out. I think if you took out the elastic, it could comfortably fit a 80cm waist. I would stick to the official measurements in lolibrary if you have no desire to alter it at all.
