Major Damages
Skirt has a lot of wear and tear particularly where the plastic corset boning is and may slip out or be removed. All the boning as far as I'm aware is intact.
There is no lacing for this skirt anymore (not sure what happened to it, I received it without). Skirt is otherwise wrinkled and beyond that in ok condition.
It's otherwise a good fixer-upper project or material for another project. It's otherwise a comfy skirt that I never reach for.
Please purchase with the understanding that while I try to keep my cats off my wardrobe some errant cat hair may be present.

The flat lay I took is 14inches in the waist and that's without stretching the shirring. It's very comfortable.
