Bought a long time ago and worn a few times. I'm basically charging just shipping cost because I really don't know what the integrity of these will be like when worn, but I know that some people are still looking for this style. Buy at your own risk with this warning in mind.
I wear a size 6.5 US and my feet are exactly at 23.5cm, and these fit perfectly. So I don't think that LM's conversion table is correct - I wouldn't recommend these for anyone above a 6.5.
