This dress is a nice versatile piece for sweet lolitas, and it can be dressed down for casual or old school looks! It has some really cute details like little bows on the waist ties and the attached overskirt gives it a really princessy vibe.

It has shirring on the front and back, adjustable straps, and a side zip. The lace and parts of the dress have some loose threads which I’ve tried to picture. I bought it secondhand and wore it once, then washed it.

The reference link has the official measurements, but the shirring gives it quite a bit of stretch! I think 100-105 cm would be the maximum measurement for the bust. It should also be noted that the dress is a bit shorter than normal lolita pieces, it hit me right above the knee whereas most of my other skirts and dresses hit me at or below it.
