There's a sewing flaw on the right side of the collar where the ribbons look wrinkled up, and the fabric puckers a bit. The affected area is shown in the last photo. This is the new release of the Sailor JSK, which is made with thinner fabric and has less stiff shirring than the old release. The shirring panel becomes less flexible at the bottom near the waist seam, so the waist measurement is less adjustable than the bust.
