Rose print bodice skirt in cream by bodyline. I've always loved this skirt and am sad to see it go, but it's time for it to find a new loving home. the material seems to be made of a cotton/elastic mix. It's not very stretchy but has a nice give to it, which helps with fit in the waist. It has a medium poof when worn and is quite comfy despite the bodice waist. This skirt fit me when I was a US size 12 pant. because of the adjustable waist I would say it easily would fit both and size above and below that as well. It was gently worn and I couldn't find any stains or rips on it to mention. Please let me know if you have any other questions I could help you with.
