Do you happen to know the measurements for the arm circumference? I have large upper arms and am concerned about the sleeves fitting. Thanks!

Hi! It's a little difficult to measure this circumference of the sleeves because they are so elasticized. However, the circumference of my upper arms where the elastics sits is 12 inches. I found it to be tight but not unwearable, but if your arms are larger than that I would say it probably will not work for you.

Thank you! I should be able to live with that. I have one last question for you - you mentioned that it's a bit short. I'm 5'4" so that's fine, but can you still fit a proper petticoat under it for the proper look?

I'm also 5'4" and it's definitely wearable, just shorter than I like. The pic in the listing shows the dress with my everyday a-line petit from Malco modes. I think you could get more poof, but it would make it a bit shorter. That said, many of my AP pieces are just as short at this one. It also looks great with a white underskirt if you want to get a bit more length and poof.
