I am interested in these, but could you please explain what you meant by 'professionally broken in'? It looks like there is strange going on with the inner heel on one of the shoes, is that the lighting?

Hello! Professionally broken in is when you take them to a shoe fixing or making place and they soften the leather and stretch them a bit so they don't pinch you or give you blisters. The outside of the heels are the only part that has scuff.
