I bought this second hand with another piece about a year ago and never wore it, so I’m finding a new home. It is some what wrinkled from storage, and has small interior stains and some slightly pulled threads at the edge in a few places. This minor damages were there when I bought it and are not noticeable when worn.

As stated in the title this is a Bodyline Brand High-Waisted Skirt in Red with Vertical Stripe that are Black, Grey, and Yellow-Orange.
The high-waist portion is removable and can be worn on its own or over the matching skirt. This portion has a partially shirred back, 5 boning pieces for structure, (non-removable) waist ties, and the buttons are used to put it on and off (two interior buttons and two that go through to be part of the design).
Removable High-Waist Only Measurements: (Purple Measuring Tape)
Length Without Skirt: between ~8 and 9.25 inches or between ~20 and 23.5 cm
Waist Flat & Not Stretched: ~13inch or 33cm (~26 inches around or 66cm around)
The high-waist portion is removable and can be worn on its own or over the matching skirt. The skirt has the same pattern as the top portion on the top layer and is solid red on the bottom layer. The waist on this skirt is elastic only. The skirt has an option for gathering the top layer in some parts.

Length Without Removable High-Waist Portion: ~17.5cm or ~44.5cm for top striped layer & ~21 inches or ~53.5 cm total length
