I only ever wore this about 2-3 times. It's a cute design but not my style. The best part about this dress is that IT'S FULLY SHIRRED. This is actually one of the few dresses I own that I can wear comfortably and actually BREATHE in. Very much busty or plus size friendly.
Measurements:
Bust: 28" and can stretch up to 44"!!!
Waist: can stretch up 46"!!
The waist ties are not detachable but the bow is! If I remember correctly, the couple times I did wear this out, I put a thin headband through the bow and wore it like a head piece!! This dress is heavy but not too warm, perfect spring or summer time JSK. This isn't very pastel, my camera pretty accurately picked up the true colors, although the images may still appear different on your monitor.

I am located in USA. I TEMPORARILY MOVED BACK HOME DUE TO SCHOOL and my dad DOES smoke however he does not smoke indoors and smokes far from the house. We also do not open our windows for this reason because the rest of my family hates the smell and do our best to avoid that secondhand smoke smell. All my lolita has been securely stored in airtight boxes and will continue to be until I decided I want to leave the fashion entirely.
