Very cute OP, slight use from wearing. Hanging tag will be removed before shipping. (Sorry!)

Cotton lace is possibly discolored. I can't tell if it was originally light cream or white. Pictures are accurate to life.

Measurements are very plus size friendly, full back shirring stretches to probably bust 40" waist 35", possibly more.

Hi! It doesn't have a size tag, but I'd put it between the Bodyline sizes M and 2L.
