This skirt was bought from Bodyline and didn't get worn often. It's really cute and is true to size (Size M).
For reference, my waist is 72cm, and this fits me with just a smidge bit of room.
I would say it can fit 65-73cm waist. It's in excellent condition, it just needs to be ironed again.
The material is very sturdy.
