Measurements flat:
Corset waist - 12.5 inch un-stretched. Will stitch a couple inches more from the elastic
Skirt length - 22 inch, waist 13 inch (will stretch to 15-16)

Two piece set of a corset and tried skirt from Gothic Lolita brand Bodyline. The teal green color seems to be rare. The corset has elastic and bowtie in back and fastens with buttons in the front. The skirt has an elastic waist. The corset fits me with a little give (27 inch waist). The size is marked Medium, but I would say it is more like US Small (see measurements)
