Are these flats, platform or heeled? I can't tell from the photo. And what US shoe size do you normally wear (and how do these fit you for reference)? (I know you listed the cm measurement but US shoe size would help me know the size better as well).

The shoes have a wedge heel. I'm sorry for not providing better photos, but you can see the side view on Bodyline's page for the shoes: http://www.bodyline.co.jp/bodyline/showProduct.asp?id=4179&pageNumber=3&pageStop=stop_2&noSubType=N I wear a US size 7 in one foot and 7.5 in the other. The shoes are a little roomy so I put thin gel insoles in them and that made them fit perfectly with some width in the toe area. The straps are adjustable so you can make the shoes tighter or looser that way as well.

Yes! Anywhere in the continental US is considered Domestic for my shipping purposes. Depending on the weight of the item, I may also consider Hawaii and Alaska as Domestic as well.
