I am the second owner but I have never worn it. This blouse is in great condition. 

It is very stretchy and accommodating. It looks exactly the same in the front and back but I took pictures of both anyway because I feel wrong if I don't. 

Measurements unknown, however it fit the previous owner with 47in bust and 36in waist very comfortably, with room to spare.
