Helping my friend clear out her closet, she has an adorable Bodyline Skirt for sale! She generally wears small-medium sizes, so I would guess that this skirt runs around the same size. To be safe I'd say 28inch waist max (it could probably go more because of the elastic part of the waistband, but it may not be the most comfortable!)

Waist ties are removable. Zip up closure.
