These are labeled a size 23.5 which is supposed to correspond to a US size 7, but I think they run small as I'm a size 7 and they don't fit me comfortably. I would recommend them for a US size 6 - 6.5.
They have been worn around outside a few times, as I hoped I could break them in and get them to fit me better, but I had no luck on that front. There are some minor scuffs on the inside toe edges and a few other small nicks and spots I tried to highlight in the photos, but these aren't too noticeable from further back. The tread and soles are still in great shape, so they have a lot of life left in them!
