Bodyline's Piano Keys print skirt in black. Sold out on web site, from 2010. I'm the original owner, and I never wore it. Shown with an a-line petticoat (not included, and it's too puffy for the skirt).

What is the flat waist measurement? Does it have any elastic in the waist?

Hello. Yes, there is elastic in the back of the skirt. The flat unstretched waist measurement is about 12 inches. The full unstretched measurement is about a 24 inch waist. At best it stretches to about 26-27 inches. I'd say this is average for a Bodyline size M.
