This OP is in good condition, except for pinholes going down the bib where the previous owner removed the bows. I've only tried it on once. Selling because I purchased a very similar OP that fits me better.

Are the alterations permanent or could they easily be removed?

The previous owner had the alternations made, and I'm no good with sewing, so unfortunately I really don't know! I'm so sorry ;_;
