Bodyline NWT "Rose Stripe Jumper Skirt", Size M in Navy
NWT, wasn't able to find any defects like stains. May have some loose threads or other imperfections that are common with Bodyline. Tried on a few times. It has partial shirring in the back with corset lacing. The skirt is adjustable to have a bustle, and is a lower volume a-line (definitely won't accommodate a poof monster petticoat). The waist ties are detachable.
