Bought used from someone else who only wore it a few times, I myself have only worn it once. It is still in almost new condition and I am including the matching headbow as well. I will note that the headbow came with a comb hot glued to the back which I removed as it was an inconvenience more than anything, so I guess this would count as a modification. The waist ties are not detachable.
