Size M. According to lolibrary, the waist is 64-70 cm and the length is 53 cm. I'm a 72cm waist and I was able to fit into it fine, it was just a little tight.
The skirt is gorgeous and in great condition. I've only worn it out twice. There is one little spot on the bottom where the ribbon hem is starting to fray, but it's hardly noticeable.
The waist bow is detachable as well.
