Size M, super sweet long sleeved off-white cotton blouse with cotton lace and satin ribbon crossing down the sleeves. It doesn't have any shirring or lacing on the back, which is a bummer since I quite like this blouse, but it's too small for me these days. Has a light stain on the back of the right sleeve (pic3) and some veeeery minor discoloration in the armpits, so minor that the camera can barely pick it out.
I can't find any official ones, so these are my own measurements:
