I will do my best to ensure your package is taken care of and mailed off properly, but once it's in the hands of the postal service, I no longer have any power over it. Meaning lost packages after they have been shipped is not my responsibility, and I will not do refunds. That being said, I have never had a package go missing. I will always, take a picture of the package when I mail it off as proof. If you are interested, please ask. Please note, I do have a cat.
