Used condition but still lots of life left!

This blouse is in used condition but has tons of life left!

-There is some color fading along the neckline area and also on the back of the blouse. I have not yet washed the blouse so I don't know if this color fading or discoloration is permanent or if it's just dirt :x.

-I have used safety pins on a certain area of the blouse and there are small holes left behind where the pins were used but its not noticeable unless you look closely.

-There is fraying on the ribbons on the sleeve of the blouse but its easily fixable by snipping the ribbon and using fire to seal the fraying area :x

I have money on a Visa Greendot, but it's stubborn and dumb and won't let me remove the money. Is there anyway you know of that you could take it off that card?
