Leaving Lolita Sale

I bought this blouse secondhand on lace market and wore it once. It's not really my current style. It comes with a removable neck tie with a cameo brooch. There is wear and tear from being worn i.e. loose threads and a small discoloration. It is not shirred and is cotton.
