I do paypal only and will invoice you the total cost of item + shipping (if applicable). Once items are shipped they are out of my hands. I am willing to ship overseas, but keep in mind it is very expensive, and I would have to double check if your country is available first. I am also willing to ship as express upon request, but it is also more expensive. My standard shipping is through USPS flat rate envelopes or boxes, and I will only ship with tracking included. I do not offer refunds or exchanges. All items come from a smoke free home, but there is a very slim chance of cat hair being on the item, though the cats do not come near my lolita items.
