Like new condition and I am the original owner, comes with detachable waist ties and bow, bow has a clothing pin to attach to skirt but can be easily converted into a hair bow if desired. Only worn maximum of 3 times, pictures taken with a petticoat. This has a side zipper and is made from a cotton material.
