I removed the waist ties on it (alteration is unnoticeable - see pictures), and sewed them together to make a belt. If you have a larger bust & smaller waist, this will let you cinch the waist in tighter while still fitting in the bust. 

Purchased new, and worn a few times before I realized it’s not the dress for me. In great condition, though a touch wrinkled. (Also, I have no idea why Lacemarket rotated my images to be sideways - sorry about that!)
