Floral cameos on top of blue and white stripes

Bought this at the Bodyline shop in Shinjuku in 2008. I wore it less than 10 times. This dress is a "one size fits most" dress as the wait is heavily elasticized/ruched. I typically am L size in "BURANDO" and this dress was the most comfortable EGL dress I ever owned! I can provide specific measurements as requested. If you are JUST on the edge of not fitting into BURANDO or are larger this is a great piece.  The straps are also elasticized. The lace is the soft cotton lace, not the stiff and scratchy polyester lace. The bows are not detachable, but are sewn on to the dress.  
There is nothing "wrong" with this dress but it has been worn and machine laundered a few times. The elastics still have a lot of stretching power.
