Black and white JSK by Bodyline, only worn once. This was my first dress, but I've gotten other dresses like this that I prefer now. This dress features two detachable bows (one large, one small). They have a bit of rust on the pins, likely from sitting in the wearhouse for a long time before being sold.
On the back, one of the loops where the lace up ribbon goes has broken. I have put a bit of black thread to hold the ribbon in place. This could most likely be fixed in a better way by someone else.  (Shown with a piece of paper behind it for visibility.)
