This is one of the few very good quality dresses from bodyline. It’s an A line dress with nice frills. The fabric is nice and relatively thick. It has a soft texture. Comes with all parts (dress, waist ties and ribbon).
It has the strings to pull and gather the dress up and show the frills underneath. (I forgot what it’s called. Bustle strings?) It can be done on the front and back for both.

Are those accurate measurements? Would it not fit a 98cm bust and 80cm waist?

I believe the measurements are quite accurate and it wouldn’t fit a 98cm bust. It’s quite fitted on me and I’m about 88cm bust already and a bit more with a padded bra.
