This skirt had its elastic removed. It also does not come with waist ties or bow.
There are a few marks around the skirt, but I couldn't get most to show up in the photos. There are two close up photos that show the worst markings.
The skirt feels worn, but has a lot of color and even still has glitter on the print. It definitely needs some ironing.
