Size 4L - Short Sleeve

I got this in the mail today and tried it on, it didn't fit so I'm selling it. It's beige, short sleeved, and has a few loose strings that I've seen. It has the neck bow and cameo with it. The size on the tag says 4L. From Bodyline's website, the measurements are Bust 110cm Waist 94cm. Think this is a bit off. Actual measurements of this blouse laid flat are Bust  94cm (37") and Waist 86cm (34") which are significantly off from the website (it's almost like this is an L with a 4L tag). Bicep is tight at 32cm (12.5") and shoulder width of 40cm is accurate. Stock photo included for reference.
