waist is aprx. : 24in.-34in. probably and inch or two bigger.

I bought this skirt on a whim because I was feeling left of the whole print craze X) but it really isn't my style so I've never worn it. It has a body print of birds balloons, butterflies, and polkadots and has a border print of a lolita girl playing in the forest.
