This dress is a very thick and heavy polyester, there is a small bib under the sailor collar that unbuttons and a detachable bow. I'm also including an offbrand tee that made a great matching cutsew. The tee is cropped and a soft ribbed material with a lettuce hem, size large. 
The shirring in this dress is not very forgiving, I suggest this dress for a bust size 34-36max for a comfortable fit.
