Bought new from Bodyline, worn twice and washed. This is definitely one of their nicer quality pieces. The skirt has an adjustable bustle on the front and back. There are tiny kitties hidden in the print!!

This is the L size, measurements from the Bodyline site are as follows:

Bust 86～92cm
Waist 74～80cm

I suspect it will go a few cm larger though because when I wore it I was at a 94-95 cm bust and the shirring still had some space in it.
