New without tags. I tried them on but they were just too small for me. Size LL or 25.0 I would say they were about a size US 9. I'm a US 10 and while I could get my foot into them they were way too tight. They do come with a second set of shoe laces if you don't like the ribbon. Super sad they don't fit but they deserve a good home!
