Bought new, worn once and washed. It has a flock print with a skull motive.
In good condition, but please note that the quality of the bow is not that good, it is made from a cheap shiny polyester. It is meant to be a pannier I believe, as the length is not suitable for Lolita on its own. Want to let this go for cheap to someone who has use for it. If you buy other items I am willing to give you a discount on the skirt.

- Length: ~37,5 cm
- Waist: My waist is 73cm and it fits me fine. Waist band is 60 cm when lain flat and stretches to a max of 90cm (both doubled measurements), but I doubt it will be comfortable and would recommend it someone who has a similar waist measurement than me.
