I am the original owner of this dress. When I purchased it the JSK was called Cherub Tea Party and now it is known as Angels' Tea Party. It does have shirring.
If you look close enough you can see some minor piling though it is not a problem cause they are easily removable. I will try my best and remove the ones I see. On the left bust side of the JSK and back of the waist bow are some minor stains. However, I have not tried to remove them. Please see the last 2 photos. These have been the only minor stains I have saw, please forgive me if I have overlooked one.
Comes with original waist bow and waist ties.
