This is the Cecilia Merry-Go-Round JSK from Bodyline (L144) in the purple colorway.
It also includes the matching purse and headbow.

It has partial shirring, corset lacing, a detachable bow, and side zipper.

I bought this dress second hand from the comm sales. I only tried it on breifly before deciding it didn't suit me well. The boy has been modified and now has gems on it and the head-ties were removed.
