Includes the skirt, removable bow, and waist ties. Waist ties have been in storage and were never used by me.
This skirt was pretty long originally, so I removed the ruffle along the bottom. There are also two small stains - one on the bow, one on the front of the skirt. Please see the photos; neither are very visible.
