I bought this in like 2010 and only wore it once ever since. I'm not much of a skirt person! What that means is that this skirt is still in great condition for its age. It features a fully shirred waistband, a pre-tied and sewn back bow, and oodles of cotton ruffles in the back. The bustle is super cute! The skirt is made of a nice and heavy fabric, and is surprisingly good quality for Bodyline. 

Measurements: 72-98 cm waist, approximately! But this skirt is pretty stretchy, so please ask and I'll measure it again if you're unsure.
