Purchased this from another seller on here not too long ago, but alas after washing it, it just hung in my closet.

Please note: this is MISSING the waist ties & shoulder strap bows (it came this way).
Colorwise, it looks black from far away but it you look really close, it's more of a very very dark navy blue(?) o_O.

Waist: up to 37"
