After a quick check on the website it should be about $15 for shipping and packaging, it's quite heavy! That should only take a day or two to get to you though! ^^

I only now saw this comment I'm so sorry! When I wore this I had a 94cm bust and 84cm waist and it fit comfortably but not too loose over a jsk blouse and cardigan! I'm not professional at measuring so I'm sorry if this doesn't help!
